The first month after purchase, you have the free opportunity to ask all your questions via email or phone. By taking out a service contract you all year service and support via help desk and access to online support.

Remote Assistance
The service contract also gives you the option to use Remote Assistance. By far the most problems and questions can be handled by the help desk. However, if this does not have the desired effect than employees can remotely NovoRes® (via the Internet) to solve the problem by making contact with your computer.
