Common is a booking at different employees in your accommodation. Not always is the same person who adopts a reservation and that eventually the guests check out. With NovoRes ® is always to figure out which employee has done an act. This tells you exactly which employee for a booking is responsible. In the log in NovoRes ®, for example, you can see which staff member a guest has checked in or out.
User name and password
Before an employee goes to work with NovoRes® entered the username and password of an employee. Because you can assign specific rights to users you decide what work an employee can do in NovoRes®. Here you can determine whether an employee only simple tasks like booking and check-out must do involves accounting work or that the employee also may change the program settings.
